FETTUCCINE WITH PEPPERS AND ORIGAN

Ingredients for four people: 250gr. Barilla fettuccine, 90gr. green pepper, 80gr. yellow pepper, 80gr. red pepper, 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tea spoon origan, some salt and pepper.

 

Instructions: put peppers and oil in a pan and sauté. Add half a glass of dry white wine and steam it. Add half a glass of vegetable broth and cook for four minutes. Add origan and adjust with salt and pepper.  In the meantime cook pasta in a plenty of boiling salted water. Then put pasta and sauce together on the flame and cook for two minutes.
